Q: How will you know how I require the finished narrative to sound?
A: I will take a brief directly from you over the telephone or in person (where possible) in order to gain as much information as I can about your requirements. If the subject matter is particularly sensitive or technical, I will ask for a little time to thoroughly read through and fully understand the script and come back to with any queries or questions before I commence recording. Please mark any unusual pronunciations phonetically in the script prior to sending. This preparation can prevent re-records and amendments later, however, I often record more than one version of a sentence or paragraph giving you the opportunity to use the one you prefer.
Q: How much do you charge for a finished voice-over?
A: As each project is totally unique, I will ask you to send me your script to enable me to supply you with an accurate quotation and turnaround time.
Q: What if the script changes and I require any additional or amended audios?
A: It is usual for a number of changes to be made to a production after the voice-over has been supplied and, therefore, I will supply an agreed number of additional audios - equivalent to the project size - and build this cost into my original quotation.
